CHALLENGE

Following the successful launch of the first VOLTA player, the challenge was to introduce the second: "Pong Kapol." The core problem was how to transform Pong Kapol's public persona—widely known for his comical boasts—into a credible, legendary footballer that gamers would genuinely want on their team.

SOLUTION

Instead of ignoring his boasts, we made them real under the concept "Pong isn't boasting.

Our strategy was to develop a powerful two-layered narrative. Layer one was the main promo film: a press conference where Pong proves his legendary claims (dribbling under a dog, kicking a ball across the river) are true, turning skepticism into awe. Layer two was a behind-the-scenes film, shot from the perspective of an intern, revealing Pong's insistence on performing all his own stunts without CG to reinforce the myth: "Even the BTS is real."
